Terms & Conditions Questions

Go to Settings, select Account Closure and confirm. Any remaining balance is withdrawn to your payment method within 3 business days. Your data is retained for 7 years for compliance, then deleted. No penalties or fees apply.

Deposit references depend on your payment method and account age. QRIS, DANA, OVO and GoPay each have daily caps set by their providers. Withdrawal limits are the same. You can request a limit review by contacting support.

File a dispute in Settings under Transaction History. Provide details and any supporting evidence. Our team investigates within 48 hours. If we find an error, we reverse the charge immediately. Escalation to a senior reviewer is available if you disagree with our finding.
